The App requires access to your device's camera, microphone, and photo library to enable content creation features. By granting these permissions, you consent to the App accessing these features solely for the purpose of creating and sharing fashion content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COZIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cozia and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
